Use this service to report an issue with Lockdown Browser on a Carroll-owned computer.

When To Request Service
This service should only be requested when there is an issue with the Respondus Lockdown Browser on a computer that is owned by Carroll. Examples of when you may request this service include:
- Lockdown Browser won't start properly
- Lockdown Browser is showing an error that prevents a user from doing work
- Lockdown Browser is missing from a computer it should be installed on
When Not To Request Service
This service should not be used to report an issue with Lockdown Browser on a personal computer. Instead, please contact the Help Desk and someone can assist you. The Help Desk can be reached by emailing helpdesk@carrollu.edu or by calling 262-524-7229.
