ACIT Technology Incident - TV

Overview

Use this service to report an issue with a TV on campus. This service is meant to report issues with TVs themselves.

Intended Users

Faculty/Staff/Students

When To Request Service

This service should only be requested when something with the TV itself is wrong. Examples of when you may request this service include:

  • A TV won't turn on
  • A TV is physically damaged or missing
  • A TV is displaying a visual glitch on its screen

When Not To Request Service

This service should not be used to report issues such as a TV not connecting to the Carroll network or not getting specific channels through cable.
