Overview
Use this service to report an issue with a specific phone on campus. Typically, these will be the grey/black phones we have deployed throughout campus.
Intended Users
Faculty/Staff/Students
When To Request Service
Examples of when you would request this service may include:
- A physical issue with a phone
- Static sound when making a call or moving a phone's handset
- No audio from the speaker
- No dial tone
When Not To Request Service
This service should not be used to report an issue with the phone system as a whole such as not receiving calls from outside the university or to report issues with blue light phones.
