Overview
Use this service to notify OIT of an issue with a blue light phone on Carroll's campus. Please be sure to note in the ticket which phone was having an issue.
Intended Users
Faculty/Staff/Students
When To Request Service
Examples of when you would request this service may include:
- No tone on a blue light phone
- Muffled/static sound when using a blue light phone
- If you notice damage done to a blue light phone
When Not To Request Service
This service should not be used to report issues with phones that are not blue light phones. Please see the other services for any and all phone issues that aren't for blue light phones.
