When To Request Service
Use this service if you are experiencing an issue with a wireless connection on a Carroll device. Please include where you were experiencing the issue and what kind of device you are/were using.
When Not To Request Service
This service should not be used to report issues with a wired connection or a device that isn't owned/managed by Carroll.
