Use this service to report a hardware issue with a piece (or pieces) of office technology.

Faculty/Staff/Student Workers
When To Request Service
"Hardware" refers to the physical, tangible pieces of technology in your office. Examples of hardware issues may include:
- Broken key on a keyboard
- Cracked monitor/laptop screen
- A mouse that doesn't turn on when plugged in
When Not To Request Service
