Overview

Use this service to report an issue with a Mac computer in a lab, classroom, or public space.

Intended Users

Faculty/Staff/Students

When To Request Service

Any issues with a computer in a lab, classroom, or public space should be reported to OIT using this form. Examples of when you may request this service include:

  • Computer not turning on
  • Missing equipment
  • An error is appearing on startup

When Not To Request Service

This service should not be used to report issues with a Windows computer or any computer in an office environment.
