Report a Non-Urgent Lab/Classroom Issue

What is this?

If you are in a classroom or lab and the technology is having issues and it is not necessary to have the technology functional as soon as possible for class, fill out a service request and ITS will service the room when it is available. 

When should I use?

When you notice something not working in a lab or classroom but do not need it repaired immediately, or if you noticed something wrong with a room but are not currently having class in that room. 

When should I not use this?

You should not use this service if you are currently in the classroom experiencing the issue. If you need immediate assistance during a class call the ITS Helpdesk at (262)-524-7229.
