What is this?

If you are in a classroom and the technology is failing and it is necessary to have the technology functional as soon as possible for class, contact the ITS Helpdesk at (262)-524-7229 for immediate assistance. The ITS Helpdesk can provide assistance via phone or dispatch a technician to the classroom if necessary. 

When should I use?

When technology is failing in a lab or classroom environment and it is necessary that the equipment be repaired immediately in order to continue class.

When should I not use this?

You should not use this service if you are not currently in the classroom experiencing the issue. If you would like to report an issue, please submit a service request for non-urgent assistance. 

How do I use this?

Call the ITS Helpdesk at (262)-524-7229 and inform the helpdesk of the building and room you are in as well as a description of the problem.
