What is this?

Media Services can record and live stream your event. ITS can provide a technician and equipment to record and/or stream your event. Please see the service tiers below for a detailed description of recording options.

  • Audio Recording - audio recording of the event. Audio to be delivered as mp3 file. 
  • Basic Video Recording - static camera with single operator and built-in camera microphone for audio. Footage to be delivered as unedited mp4 file.
  • Advanced Video Recording - static camera with single operator and audio dependant on client needs. Footage to be delivered as uneditied mp4 file.
  • Advanced Video Recording w/ Streaming - static camera with single operator and audio dependant on client needs. Video streaming to Carroll Live page. Footage to be delivered as unedited mp4 file. 
  • Multi-Camera Video Recording - Multiple dynamic cameras and operators with audio dependant on client needs. Footage to be delivered as multiple unedited mp4 files.
  • Multi-Camera Video Recording w/ Streaming - Multiple dynamic cameras and operators with audio dependant on client needs. Video streaming to Carroll Live page. Footage to be delivered as multiple unedited mp4 files. 
When should I use?

When you want to record your event to showcase again or to stream it online to a wider audience. 

When should I not use this?

If you do not need the event recorded or streamed.
