What is this?

The ITS Department is responsible for, and handles all, audio/visual equipment for the campus.  Departments are not allowed to use outside vendors to obtain their own equipment.  Coordinating your equipment needs with ITS will allow for:

  • Consistent equipment standards across campus
  • Better pricing as we might be able to connect your work with another project going on across campus
  • Timely execution of the project

When you submit your request for equipment, ITS will work with you to find out what your needs are, and offer the best way to achieve it. In addition, ITS will asses the scope of the needs and determine if it can be handled "in house" by ITS, or if we will need to engage a vendor partner to carry out the work.  If ITS needs to engage an outside vendor to complete the work, we will advise you of the cost of the project and seek your approval before starting any work.

When should I use?

When you wish for new audio/visual equipment to be installed on campus. 

When should I not use this?

You should not use this service to report a problem with existing audio/visual equipment.
