Use this service to report hardware issues related to Transact such as door swipes and security cameras in residential buildings.

When To Request Service
Examples of when you may request this service include:
- A card swipe isn't working in or outside of a residential building
- A security camera is noticeably damaged
When Not To Request Service
This service should not be used when the swipe on the door to your room/suite isn't working or to request access to a specific building or room. Access requests should be sent to Public Safety.
