Overview

Use this service to report a problem with either the Carroll or the Carroll Guest Wi-Fi networks. Please include details such as where you were when you were experiencing the issue, and what kind of device you were using (iPhone, Windows laptop, Nintendo Switch, Etc.).

When Not To Request Service

This service should not be used to report issues with a Wi-Fi network that is not either Carroll or Carroll Guest. This service also should not be used to report issues with a personal network such as a VPN.
