Use this service to report an issue with a print device in a lab, classroom, or public space.

Intended Users

Faculty/Staff/Students

When To Request Service

Technical issues with print devices in labs, classrooms, and public spaces should be reported to OIT via this service. Examples of when you may request this service include:

  • Printer repeatedly jamming or misfeeding
  • Poor quality printouts (printing faded, colors are inaccurate, printing is skewed on the page)
  • Printer is displaying an error message or error light

When Not To Request Service

This service should not be used to report issues with a printer in an office environment.
