What is this?

If a PioPrint printer malfunctions during a print job, use this service to request a refund.

When should I use this?

If you have released your job from one of the PioPrint release stations (the small touch screen terminals adjacent to the printers in labs, classrooms, and public spaces), but do not get your complete print job as expected, you may request a refund for the lost print job. Examples of a malfunction could include:

  • The printer jams or misfeeds in the middle of the print job
  • You release your print job, but nothing comes out of the printer
  • The print job completes, but print quality is poor (too faded to be used, printing is skewed on the page, colors are inaccurate, etc.)
How do I use this?

Click the Request Service button to the right. If some or all of your print job completes but is not usable, please also bring it to the OIT Help Desk located in Hilger Hall.
