1. Close all applications and *Shutdown* the laptop.
2. Remove it from the dock and disconnect any devices connected to the USB ports.
3. Close the laptop lid, if open, and set the laptop face-down on the desk.
4. Get a small paperclip and unbend one end.
5. Locate a small hole on the bottom chassis (#3 in the below diagram) and carefully insert the paperclip a few millimeters until you hear/feel a subtle "click".
6. That just disabled the internal battery.
7. Remove the paperclip, dock the laptop, press the power button on the dock to turn on the laptop and sign in once it boots.
8. Run Microsoft 365 apps.
